Brand Analyst • Creative | Jakarta

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand clients' industries, target audiences, and competitors.

Collaborate with clients to define their brand vision, values, and positioning in the market.

Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients' business goals and resonate with their target audience.

Create brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Provide strategic direction and input during the development of advertising and marketing campaigns.

Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.

Support clients in launching new products or entering new markets while maintaining brand integrity.

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and metrics to optimize brand performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.

Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategic recommendations to clients and team members.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media contents & campaigns.

Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passionate about brands, social media, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.

Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
