This is a full-time on-site role located in Buleleng for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts to meet company goals. Responsibilities include addressing client queries, identifying new sales opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in sales and account management practices, including contract negotiation and customer needs analysis Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and develop business opportunities Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams Experience in corporate markets or other similar industries is advantageous Familiarity with internet service provider operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Bali (Ubud, Singaraja) / Jatim (Madiun/Jember/Banyuwangi), Jabar (Bogor, Bekasi, Banten), Sulawesi (Makasar, Manado) Seniority level
