Sales Specialist

Humana International Indonesia is assisting a Japanese company, and they are looking for 2 Sales Specialists.

Location: Jakarta & Cikarang

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in any field.

Have working experience in the trading/manufacturing/electrical parts in the related position.

Business-level English proficiency (ability to speak and write Japanese is a strong advantage).

Disciplined, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proactive and willing to support other team members when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct direct sales for projects and maintenance spare parts.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports (direct reporting to the Japanese Manager).

Prepare annual sales and project budgeting.

Actively develop new customers, follow up with existing customers, and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to delivery, price negotiation, specifications/part numbers, and non-good (NG) parts.

Monitor project schedules and incoming parts status (from project start until commissioning and trial), and arrange delivery schedules to customers.

Conduct product knowledge training when required.

Prepare quotations for customers, collect price information from suppliers, and check market stock availability for orders.

Conduct customer visits (approximately 2–4 companies per day).

Be responsible for monthly stock opname (inventory checking).

Arrange customer documentation and administrative requirements related to orders (agreements, customer surveys, required forms from suppliers/customers, etc.).

Be able to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent matters.
