Job Description You will join our

Research & Development (R&D)

team, a core function that drives product innovation and ensures formulation excellence across our cosmetic manufacturing operations. The R&D team plays a vital role in developing, improving, and validating products that meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and market needs.

Get to Know the Role As an

R&D Supervisor , you will lead and oversee formulation development activities while supporting the R&D Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as a bridge between innovation, production feasibility, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do? Supervise end-to-end product development activities, from formulation trials to scale-up and commercialization. Lead and guide R&D Formulators to achieve project targets and performance goals. Ensure formulations meet quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement in formulation processes, cost efficiency, and product performance. Collaborate closely with Production, QA, Regulatory, PPIC, and Marketing teams. Support troubleshooting during trial, pilot, and mass production stages. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and formulation summaries.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience in R&D Formulator Staff , or at least

2 years in a supervisor or lead role . Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation, raw materials, and development processes. Familiar with GMP (CPKB), Halal Assurance System, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716, and also scale-up processes. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods environment. Willing to work in Tangerang City, Banten.
