About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our dynamic team at North Jakarta Intercultural School. As a full-time position based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Summary The HR Staff supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR documentation and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Post job vacancies, screen candidates, and schedule interviews

Support onboarding (email setup, attendance registration, documentation)

Processing payroll for part-time and assisting with payroll documents, expatriate tax (NPWP)

Manage BPJS registration, insurance claims, and employee reimbursements

Support training registration, payments, and travel arrangements

Process teacher benefits and assist with housing arrangements

Support expatriate staff with housing-related needs and facilities

Maintain and update employee records and prepare HR letters

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human resources-facing role, preferably in the education sector

Excellent in administration, communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

Familiarity with international school curricula and admissions practices

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
