Kualifikasi:
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen, Psikologi, Hospitality, atau bidang terkait).
2. Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Training & Development, Learning Development, atau People Development (diutamakan industri F&B / Retail / Hospitality).
3. Memiliki pengalaman membangun training system dari hulu ke hilir (training roadmap, modul, evaluasi, hingga measurement impact).
4. Data-driven mindset (mampu mengukur impact training terhadap KPI bisnis).
5. Leadership kuat, komunikatif, dan memiliki ownership tinggi terhadap people growth.
6. Bersedia melakukan mobilitas antar store.
Tanggung Jawab:
1. Menyusun strategi Learning & Development perusahaan.
2. Mendesain dan mengembangkan modul training operasional & leadership.
3. Mengelola onboarding & basic training karyawan baru.
4. Membuat competency standard untuk setiap posisi F&B.
5. Melatih dan mengembangkan Store Leader & Supervisor.
6. Monitoring efektivitas training melalui KPI & performa store.
7. Mengurangi turnover melalui program development yang tepat.
8. Memimpin tim trainer dan memastikan standardisasi training antar outlet.
9. Mengembangkan budaya learning & ownership di organisasi.
