Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and implement HR compliance policies aligned with national labor regulations and internal company standards.
Conduct internal HR compliance audits and prepare audit reports.
Review and evaluate HR policies and procedures periodically to improve effectiveness and mitigate compliance risks.
Coordinate with Legal, Industrial Relations, GA, and HR Operations to ensure consistent policy implementation.
Prepare and present regular HR compliance performance reports to senior management.
Oversee HR non-compliance cases and ensure timely corrective actions.
Guide the team in managing HR documentation, personnel audits, and administrative requirements in accordance with labor laws.
Support the delivery of HR compliance training for employees across all levels.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in HR audit or compliance functions.
Strong knowledge of labor regulations and good HR governance practices.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with regulators and internal stakeholders.
Preferably has experience in logistics, manufacturing, or labor-intensive operational industries.
