About the Role
We are looking for a
Project Sales Manager
based in
Semarang or Surabaya , who will be fully responsible for
local project tracking, customer visits, and distributor management
in Central Java.
This is a
front-line, hands-on sales role , focusing on real construction projects and long-term customer relationships. You will not work alone — for key or difficult projects,
the company management will support and work together with you on-site .
Key Responsibilities
Track and follow up
construction and engineering projects
in Semarang and surrounding areas
Conduct regular
site visits and customer meetings
with project owners, contractors, and related stakeholders
Manage and maintain relationships with
local distributors , including order coordination and daily business support
Assist distributors in
developing sub-distributors
and identifying new project opportunities
Work closely with company management to
jointly handle key or complex projects
Monitor project progress and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
Experience in
project sales, engineering sales, or building materials industry
is preferred
Familiarity with
Semarang or Surabaya
is a strong advantage
Comfortable with frequent field visits and project-based sales work
Strong communication skills and result-oriented mindset
Able to work in
Bahasa Indonesia or English
(Mandarin is a plus)
