Primary Focus & Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and motivate the Protection Consultant team to deliver high-quality customer engagement and achieve targets
Set clear KPI, monitor performance, and implement interventions to uplift productivity
Oversee consistency and quality of customer conversations, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and customer experience expectations
Identify emerging customer pain points or feedback themes, work with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction
Translate company S2S strategy into execution, plans, and customer engagement protocols
Optimize lead generation through segmentation insights, process improvements and targeted engagement campaigns
Ensure smooth collaboration with field agents and agency leaders, reinforcing feedback loops on lead quality and follow-up effectiveness
Requirements:
6-10 years of experience in insurance sales, customer engagement, telesales, or service-to-sales leadership roles
Proven track record in managing outbound customer engagement teams and driving sales productivity in life or health insurance
Strong grounding in customer experience improvementExperience in coaching frontline teams, implementing performance frameworks, and driving capability uplift
