Job Description
2-3 years work experience in the same field
Able to speak and write in English
Able to work in Kalijati, Subang (lodging can be provided if needed)
Experience in property sales or customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Tasks & responsibilities
Communicating and coordinating with customers and third party marketing agencies (e.g. real estate sales agents); following up with them as needed
Accompanying customers for site visits and preparing documents (sales / rental offers) as needed
Managing the company Instagram and ads on property portals (e.g. Lamudi)
Preparing site visit reports and requirement reports according to customer / agentโs needs
Following up with the notary for legal documents (PPJB until AJB)
Coordinating with the finance and accounting departments for the preparation of invoices and payment receipts
