We are looking for a passionate
Sales Medical Representative
who loves meeting people, building trust, and driving impact in the healthcare ecosystem. In this role, you will introduce our products to doctors and medical professionals, ensuring they understand the value we bring to families and patients. You’ll take charge of your territory, execute sales strategies, and deliver strong results through education, follow-up, and relationship-building.
Represent Tentang Anak in hospitals, clinics, pharmacy, engaging with stakeholders, Pediatricians, OB/GYNs, Dermatologist as prescribers, Nurses and Pharmacists.
Plan and execute visits and product detailing, targeting hospital stakeholders, Pediatricians, OB/GYNs, Dermatologist, nurses and pharmacists in line with agreed numbers and visit frequency.
Build a strong customer base consisting of hospital stakeholders, Pediatricians, OB/GYNs, Dermatologist, Nurses, Pharmacists, and key stakeholders/decision-makers according to guided targets.
Master product knowledge to ensure excellent quality product detailing to the above customer segments.
Collaborate closely with the distributor's sales team to ensure excellent execution of sales and marketing activities and timely product delivery within the hospital & clinics channel, pharmacy channel.
Act proactively with strong initiative to ensure product availability in hospitals and clinics listed in the customer database, through the hospital/clinic listing process.
Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and following up on hospital program implementation in the field.
KPI/OKR You Will Own
Numbers of Hospital/Clinics listed with Tentang Anak products
Number of SKUs listed in hospitals
Number of users of Tentang Anak products in hospitals
Sales Goal Execution . Drive achievement of sales goals through effective strategy and tactic execution, measured by:
Executing strategy/tactics
Increase in outlet transactions for Tentang Anak products
Sales growth per hospital listed in the MCL
Sales growth per product/SKU
Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and following up on hospital program implementation inthe field
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing) or Business Management
Minimum 2 year of experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Executive, or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Strong skills in product detailing and a solid understanding of hospital business structure are essential.
At least experience handling Pediatricians/Dermatologists/OB/GYN specialists and related products, as well as familiarity with the hospital product listing process, is an advantage.
