Qualifications

3+ years experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain at managerial level

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Warehouse Systems

Experience in Retail & Distribution Company

Based in Surakarta / Solo will be an advantage (homebased)

Job Description – Supply Chain Manager

Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to maintain product availability without overstocking.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business goals and customer demands.

Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and suppliers to optimize reorder pointes, lead times, and inventory turnover.

Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans to enhance reliability and quality.

Manage transportation and distribution logistics, ensuring on-time delivery and service level compliance.

Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments, handle delays, and optimize routes.

Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality and delivery performance.
