Responsibilities
Work with the AMS Business Development team to identify opportunities to increase seller spending and creator earnings.
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to analyze how creators contribute to revenue and identify areas for improvement.
Spot underperforming categories, channels, or segments, and develop quick wins and long-term strategies to boost growth.
Collaborate with the Product team to enhance features that drive adoption and increase revenue.
Help resolve common issues faced by creators and sellers with AMS and content ads, ensuring a smooth and effective experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, or strategy roles.
Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong problem-solving skills to define issues and identify solutions.
Quick learner with good judgment and original thinking.
Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, especially in cross-functional and global roles.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
