Solution Engineer (SAP FICO)

We are seeking a

Solution Engineer

with specialized expertise in SAP FICO-based business analysis, particularly in IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) implementation and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between finance, IT, and operations teams to design, optimize, and ensure the integrity of SAP systems in revenue reporting and accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business process analysis for finance/accounting functions Translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions Configure and customize SAP FICO modules based on project needs Develop functional specifications and test scenarios Provide post-implementation support and user training Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Business) Technical Requirements: Must-have: Minimum 3 years SAP FICO configuration experience Strong understanding of core FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) CO module experience (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis) Experience with SAP integration points (MM, SD, PS) Business process analysis and documentation skills Project implementation experience (full lifecycle) Technical understanding of principles 5-step model (IFRS 15) Experience translating IFRS 15 requirements into SAP configurations (e.g., Revenue Recognition Cycle, Accrual Engine). Min Pendidikan SMA English is a Must

Nice-to-have: S/4HANA implementation experience Knowledge of specialized SAP solutions (e.g., TRM, BPC) Experience with SAP reporting tools (SAC, BW) ABAP debugging knowledge (basic) SAP certification in relevant areas Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Adaptable to different business requirements Training and knowledge transfer capabilities

Salary = 17 jt -22.5 jt nett 6 months contract (extendable contract or permanent) Onsite Mon-Fri in Jakarta Pusat
