Head of Finance, Accounting and Tax

As the Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will oversee the accounting department, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions. Your expertise will help us maintain accurate financial records and optimize our tax position.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Manage tax planning and compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns and reports.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision‑making.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies.

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Has experience in Retail/F&B/Manufacture industry is a must.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
