We are seeking an experienced Sales MCU to join our team at PT GWS Era Medika in Jakarta. As a Sales MCU, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our comprehensive health services. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing your excellent sales and customer service skills to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Actively prospecting and cultivating new sales opportunities for our medical check-up (MCU) services

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

Providing exceptional customer service and tailoring MCU packages to meet the unique needs of each client

Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and address client needs

Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business

Proficient in using sales-related software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
