The Ideal Candidate Will Have Min. 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably experience as shift leader Very good English skills, written and spoken, other languages an advantage Friendly, outgoing personality, high level of guest service Excellent communication skills, great at motivating others Professional, positive, can-do attitude, pro-active, attention to detail Competency in Microsoft Office/ GDrive, experience with VHP an advantage Problem solver, able to multitask, smart handling of logistics, stress-resistant Willingness to learn, ability to share knowledge/train Experience working with international guests (USA/ Europe) Experience guiding land tours an advantage
