Sales Director, Medical | SaaS | Based in Europe

Picture this: A surgeon is able to clearly visualise the surgical site in this highly complex surgical procedure in 3D before even beginning the procedure…on screen.

Not a scan, not a slice but a 3D image layered directly over the patient’s anatomy. The surgeon sees the benefits immediately. The Hospital Board do too. The OR team are excited. The tech works.

But the deal isn’t closed. That’s where you come in.

We're a high-growth Commercial, FDA and CE marked surgical AR SaaS company bringing spatial imaging into real-world surgical planning. Our platform turns flat DICOM scans into immersive 3D tools that improve planning, reduce errors, and transform how surgeons and hospitals collaborate. Demand is building. A pipeline of USA and European hospitals is already engaged. Key existing markets are Benelux, Western Europe, UK and also the USA.

Now we’re hiring our first Sales Director / Head of Sales.

You will report to the

CEO and will be an integral part of the Leadership Team.

Culture is key. We don't want traditional salespeople. We’re looking for someone who inspires trust, has a magnetic leadership personality, and an individual who naturally builds long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle-

from first contact to close - for our enterprise AR SaaS platform. Prospect, demo, negotiate, and sign multi-year deals. Engage surgical KOLs and hospital leadership

– hosting demos, building clinical champions, and navigating board-level decisions. Unblock near-term deals

– handling everything from procurement delays to cybersecurity reviews to legal complexity. Shape GTM strategy

alongside the founder and product team. Travel across Europe to build relationships, attend conferences, and put us on the map in every surgical hub. Hire a team

-in 2027 this will be a Lead in the USA and individuals across Europe, and also identify where and whrn to wotk with channel partners

What You’ll Bring 5+ years track record in healthcare SaaS sales , selling into hospitals or health systems- with real closed deals to show for it. Deep familiarity with subscription/licensing models , procurement cycles, and the compliance/security barriers typical in hospital IT. Closer mentality:

you originate and close complex sales. Creative, persistent, and able to keep momentum even in multi-month cycles. Gravitas and adaptability:

you connect with surgeons, CFOs, IT leads, and procurement - and know how to speak their language. Startup mindset:

entrepreneurial, hands-on, and collaborative. You don’t wait to be told- you spot the gap and fill it. Location:

Based in Europe, ideally the Netherlands, or willing to travel there weekly to stay connected with the team and core customers.
