CSR Superintendent

Due to the company’s strategic business development plan, we are seeking a highly competent individual to fill the position of CSR Superintendent – Head Office, with the following criteria:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Minimum 7 years of experience in Community Development / CSR programs, preferably in mining or related industries Strong understanding of community development and empowerment strategies Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to coordinate and manage CSR teams across operational areas Good knowledge of government regulations related to community development programs (PPM) Strong leadership and team management capability

Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the annual PPM (Community Development and Empowerment Program) plan across operational sites Formulate strategies, policies, and guidelines for the implementation of CSR/PPM programs Coordinate with site CSR teams to ensure effective and aligned program implementation Monitor and evaluate CSR/PPM program implementation across operational areas Conduct analysis of community needs to support sustainable community development programs Review and develop flagship PPM programs aligned with company and government priorities Consolidate and review CSR activity reports (monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual) from all sites Ensure CSR/PPM implementation complies with applicable government regulations, including Kepmen ESDM related to PPM
