Medical Director – Clinical Development

We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly evolving pharmaceutical company seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical development across multiple indications, with a focus on Respiratory and Neurology.

Responsibilities Lead and own the Clinical Development Plan for assigned indication(s) Provide strategic medical oversight across global clinical trials Line manage and mentor Clinical Trial Physicians Lead advisory boards and regulatory interactions Ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality medical governance across studies

Requirements Medical Doctor (Respiratory focus requires Board-Certified Pulmonologist; immunology experience preferred) Strong end-to-end clinical development experience (Phase I–III and registration) Regulatory authority interaction experience Proven leadership in matrix environments Expertise in clinical trial design and data interpretation Fluent English and willingness to travel
