Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

Develop and maintain backend and frontend systems end-to-end Design and consume REST APIs Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database structures Improve application performance and scalability Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practices Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and system stability Debug and resolve production issues Integrate systems with third-party services and object storage Work within Agile/Scrum environments (sprints, task tracking, team collaboration) Communicate effectively with product and technical teams

Requirements & Skills

2–5 years of professional experience in software development Minimum 2 years of experience working with Golang and React in production Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including indexing and query optimization Experience with caching strategies (e.g., Redis or similar) Understanding of web security best practices Ability to work end-to-end across frontend and backend Experience with S3-compatible storage (AWS S3, Wasabi, etc.) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and task tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Experience or familiarity in developing HRIS, POS, or ERP systems is an advantage Additional experience with Next.js, Docker, CI/CD, or ERP modules (finance, inventory, HR) is a plus
