Tenant Relation for Plaza Senayan

Job Title: TALENT RELATION South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Responsibilities

Maintain relations with tenants of Plaza Senayan, including but not limited to record and follow up tenants complaints, record tenants’ defect and maintenance progress

Liaise with Promotions & Events department in supporting tenant’s events

Prepare people counting and traffic data report for management’s review

Support fitting out team in coordinating with tenants

Support afternoon Duty Manager in Plaza Senayan

Qualifications

Bachelor degree holder, majoring in Hospitality/Communication/Architecture/Interior Design

Having 2-3 years in mall/retail/hospitality industry would be an advantage

Excellent command in English (spoken & written)

Computer literate (MS Office)

Good communication with diplomacy, presentation skill, negotiation skill, as well as administrative skill

Service-oriented, friendly, adaptable, and confident

Willing to work on weekend/Public Holiday an also in afternoon shift
