Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, identifying strategic business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in target industries.
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Handle end-to-end sales processes, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for corporate clients.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
Prepare sales performance reports and pipeline updates for management.
Support and guide junior sales team members when required.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales or B2B Sales.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, and telco is an advantage.
Results‑driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
