Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sidoarjo for a Footwear Sampling Manager. The Footwear Sampling Manager will lead the sampling team to manage sample production projects, ensuring quality and timely completion. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of shoe prototypes, working closely with design and development teams to meet client specifications, and troubleshooting production challenges. The role requires regular collaboration with cross‑functional teams, maintaining communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and meeting deadlines to support production goals.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Footwear Design, Pattern Making, and Sampling processes

Experience in Production Planning and Quality Control specific to the footwear industry

Hands‑on knowledge of Material Selection, Product Development, and Prototyping

Excellent organizational skills, team management, and communication abilities

Familiarity with industry trends in casual and fashion footwear

Proficiency in footwear production tools and software is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering is preferred

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sampling or footwear production management

Ability to work on‑site in Sidoarjo and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
