JR2025076543It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.# **Integrated Budget Management*** Review budget proforma and budget quota for all business unit/divisions* Collaborate with business unit leader to decide budget quota for each department* Conduct budget discussion and clarification with user and business unit/division Leaders* Manage the review of budget realization* Collaborate with Finance & Accounting General Manager in developing and reviewing financial policies, procedures and goals of Finance & Accounting for assigned area* Analyze financial results and prepare and present quarterly financial reports to division and business unit leaders# **Budgeting Report** **Control*** Prepare working program and budget for budget department* Analyze and design various improvement for the budgeting department* Delegate various task according to the staff’s work scope* Ensure that the budget proposed by the departments in the assigned area obtained on-time approval and at the same time monitor its realization* Discuss various change and adjustment made to the proposed budget by the departments* Ensure budget data confidentiality* Prepare the budgeting activity report for the Board of Management* Conduct other task assigned by the supervisor**Human Resources Management*** Plan, organize, administer review and evaluate the work of others; select, train and motivate assigned staff* Propose various development program for own & staffs development (e.g., training, workshop)* Propose Budget department human resources budget* Prepare KPI for budget team* Monitor and evaluate staff performance* Propose staff development, promotion, transfer & demotion**Financial Management*** Control the overall budget usage in Budget for assigned area* Propose overall budget annual planning in Budget for assigned area# **General Requirement*** Minimum Bachelor degree# **Work Exposure/ Experience*** Minimum 7 years of working experience* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experienceIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
