Job Description

Plan, manage, and execute commissioning activities for MEP systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure commissioning milestones are met.

Review commissioning documentation including plans, procedures, checklists, and reports.

Act as the technical liaison between design engineers and site teams to ensure constructability and operability of MEP systems.

Identify and resolve constructability issues during installation and commissioning phases.

Provide technical support and clarification to site teams regarding design intent and system functionality.

Monitor and manage design changes, ensuring timely communication and implementation on-site.

Document and track technical issues, resolutions, and lessons learned throughout the commissioning process.

Ensure all MEP systems are commissioned in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Conduct inspections, functional performance testing, and verification of system integration.

Support handover documentation and training for operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

Experience in DC Project and involved in the commissioning works (Min. 2 projects)

Good understanding of Cx Script.

Good understanding of DC commissioning works sequences

Have the ability to read and understand related technical drawings

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

Proficient in written and spoken English
