Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering/Productivity Management

Job Overview Support the site's overall productivity roadmap by identifying improvement pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR, and drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level, including OEE/UPH improvement and material waste reduction.

Responsibilities

Support site's overall productivity roadmap by identifying improvement pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR.

Conduct data collection and analytics to identify P-C-M improvement potential.

Drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level which include OEE/UPH improvement and material waste reduction.

Conduct KPI monitoring & analytics to set targets for A37 TCR, & VRFC planning cycles.

Support Operations on Close the Gap measures by performing data collection, root cause analysis, working with relevant stakeholders on solutions and implementation timeline.

Coach or mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering, production engineering or related field.

5+ years’ experience in Industrial Engineering driving Lean, PCMA efficiencies, WIP flow optimisation and other cost down initiatives.

Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

Good command of English.

Knowledge & experience working in BackEnd Semiconductor manufacturing (Pre-assembly, FOL, EOL, Test & MSP) would be an added advantage.

Competent in VSM, data analytics and visualisation (e.g., KNIME, Tableau, IgraFX) would be an added advantage.

Certification in Lean and/or 6-sigma would be an added advantage.
