About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Growth Marketing Manager with 6-8 years of proven expertise in global growth strategy within the mobile gaming industry. This role requires a holistic approach, encompassing paid User Acquisition (UA), lifecycle marketing (CRM), store optimization (ASO), and rigorous data analysis. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and maximizing LTV across our diverse portfolio, which includes Hypercasual, Casual, SLG, and Action titles.
Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute paid campaigns across key channels, including
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok , and other relevant advertising platforms (SDK Networks).
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative optimization to achieve strict KPIs (CPI, ROAS, and LTV goals).
Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets (videos, static creatives, playables).
Growth Experiments & Funnel Optimization
Develop hypotheses, design, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the entire user journey (store page, onboarding, key in-app events).
Identify growth opportunities through continuous experimentation, exploring new channels, and establishing strategic partnerships.
Translate complex experiment data and insights into clear, actionable strategies for the product and marketing teams.
Player Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing (CRM)
Work with the Development team to design and execute effective re‑engagement campaigns and personalized messaging (push notifications, in‑game mail, in‑game events, and other in‑game tools).
Improve player retention rates, DAU/MAU, and in‑game monetization (IAP) through targeted lifecycle initiatives.
Store Optimization (ASO)
Collaborate with product and creative teams to optimize App Store and Google Play Store presence, including keyword optimization, metadata, screenshots, and promotional assets.
Conduct competitive analysis and rigorously monitor store rankings, reviews, and conversion performance.
Track and analyze player behavior, cohort performance, and marketing attribution using advanced tools such as
Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, and internal dashboards .
Monitor core KPIs including CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ARPU, LTV, IAP, retention rates, and full‑funnel metrics.
Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders (Product and Leadership).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Strategy
Partner closely with the game development and creative teams to align growth strategies with new game features and content updates.
Support the launch and scaling of new games by ensuring all growth channels and strategies are meticulously prepared.
Qualifications
Experience : 6-8 years of dedicated experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition, preferably at a global game company.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Analytical Proficiency : Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is essential; SQL/BI tools is a plus).
Gaming Knowledge : Strong understanding of mobile gaming trends, advertising platforms, and attribution tools (MMPs). Passion for games and familiarity with various game genres and player behavior is mandatory.
Testing Expertise : Proven experience with creative testing, A/B testing frameworks, and funnel optimization.
Global Exposure : Familiarity with WebGL, cross‑platform game launches, and global growth strategies.
Language : Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal), necessary for global partner management and internal communication.
Skills : Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Preferred
Direct, hands‑on experience with SQL and proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for advanced reporting and analysis.
An existing, strong professional network and track record of managing high‑level relationships with key representatives from Tier 1 ad partners (Meta, Google, TikTok).
Specific experience in managing UA and growth strategies for WebGL or cross‑platform titles (PC/Web/Console) in addition to mobile.
Deep understanding of Ad Monetization mechanics (waterfalls, bidding strategies) and advanced In‑App Purchase (IAP) optimization techniques.
