Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

Seeking vendors to propose in tenders to obtain quality and quantity of materials in accordance with the required specifications

Conduct routine checks (stock‑taking) on material inventory to avoid stock out and unusable materials

Make reports on the results of coordination with Users (Building Maintenance) and related Warehouse Staff regarding the maximum and minimum stock of goods in the warehouse according to needs

Collect and record all incoming requests for goods/services from all sections

Collect recording reports made by Warehouse Staff

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year working experience in procurement, preferably for apartment/high‑rise building

Knowledge of Warehouse Management

Ability to operate computer (Microsoft Office)

Administrative and material management skills and recognize various types of materials

Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
