Senior Manager – Master Planning Development

Bachelor’s degree in

Architecture, Urban Planning, or Regional & City Planning

from a

reputable university

Master’s degree is a strong advantage

Minimum

8–12 years of experience

in

master planning, urban design, or large‑scale property development

Proven experience in handling

township, mixed‑use, residential, or commercial master planning projects

Strong understanding of

urban planning principles , including land use, zoning, circulation, infrastructure planning, and open spaces

Extensive experience in managing and coordinating

planning, architectural, and multidisciplinary consultants

Ability to integrate

design, commercial, technical, and regulatory aspects

into a comprehensive master plan

Proficient in reviewing and directing the use of planning and design tools such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, or equivalent

Strong knowledge of

spatial planning regulations, zoning policies, and development approvals

Excellent

leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills

Comfortable working with

senior management, government authorities, and external stakeholders

Job Description:

Lead the development and continuous enhancement of

master plans for large‑scale property developments

Define the

long‑term planning strategy and urban development vision

in alignment with the company’s business objectives

Manage and coordinate

master planning, urban design, architectural, and engineering consultants

Review and approve

design concepts, zoning plans, development phasing, and urban design guidelines

Ensure all master plans comply with

local regulations, zoning requirements, and government policies

Integrate

commercial feasibility, operational needs, and sustainability considerations

into the master planning process

Act as a strategic liaison between

technical, commercial, legal, and management teams

Prepare and deliver

master plan presentations

to the Board of Directors, senior management, and external stakeholders

Oversee the implementation of the approved master plan to ensure consistency with the original concept and vision

Periodically review and adjust master plans in response to

market dynamics and business strategy
