About the role

This role offers a challenging opportunity to lead the operational execution of the company's financial transaction. You will be responsible for the full cycle of payment management, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement to all vendors. What you'll be doing

Managing and documenting the end-to-end processing and execution of all payments to vendors/suppliers (domestic and international transactions) and ensuring related tax compliance. Managing all invoices, ensuring accuracy, and proper authorization. Monitoring accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collection and payment. Collecting data for monthly tax. Handling withdrawals and all banking transactions. What we're looking for

Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial data. Familiar with financial system and having knowledge in Indonesian taxation. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus). BPJS (Health & Employment). Professional working environment.
