Responsibilities
Develop and lead short and long-term affiliate strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
Manage and mentor the affiliate team to ensure effective execution of programs and campaigns.
Design and optimize commission structures, incentives, and scalable affiliate frameworks.
Oversee affiliate recruitment, curation, activation, and retention strategies.
Monitor and evaluate overall campaign performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
Analyze affiliate contribution to GMV, revenue growth, and ROI, providing strategic insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, Operations) and ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in Affiliate, Performance, or Growth Marketing, with prior leadership experience.
Proven track record in scaling affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems (TikTok, marketplaces, social commerce).
Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen (GMV, margin, ROI, profitability).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
