Cloud Engineer

Requirements: Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree in related major from reputable University Experience in Google Cloud Platform or AWS cloud Willing to do shift work onsite based in South Jakarta area for Banking industry

Responsibilities: Monitor 24x7 security access, especially related to IAM, secret management, Rule/policy of FW/WAF Monitoring 24x7 services/tools security both native services and 3rd party solutions Note and clarify operational incident based on severity, type and details incident Carry out escalation procedures to Layer 2 if incident is beyond authority Provide daily report regarding to status posture, healthiness services, operational task and system alert notification Run a simple health check to cloud security resources Execute routine operational tasks which documented in technical guidelines (e.g.: manage user, manage firewall, manage ssl, manage kms, etc) Basic troubleshooting identity access, network connectivity based on technical guidelines Knowledge about Palo alto NGFW, imperva war, Cyberark is a significant value added
