Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible! Your role We are looking for a Assistant Key Account to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The sales area Bandung serves as the sales leader of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through sales product, analysis‌ and reporting. The role requires aligning sales decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions. Main Responsibilities Job Scope Responsible for business development and coordination for EssilorLuxottica Group brands products & networks for Key Accounts, expands new accounts, obtains orders and deliver all commercial/ marketing programs in order to meet the sales target. Support team to handle customer. Define sales strategy, plan, develop and manage the Key account customer for EssilorLuxottica Indonesia business Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts to grow their business through all Essilor’s portfolios Continue to drive and implement the on-going projects with key account customer. Support new product developments with Key Accounts starting from plan, coordinate and execute on the field. Partner and collaborate with all BUs and support functions to design commercial and operational initiatives & projects relate with key account. Monitor and analyze distribution and sales data (sell-in and sell-out) include after sales activities to all key account and repot to Key Account Manager.

Main Requirements Should have prior 5+ years of experience at Key Account Has relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C business model Understand of the optical industry is a plus Extensive knowledge of the apparels/FMCG/luxury retail industry will be of added advantage Can language English and Bahasa Indonesia Degree of Business / Marketing / Optometris Good communication skills and negotiation skills Analytical skills, Business Acumen Optometry knowledge is a plus Dynamic, motivated and self-driven also able to work well independently as well as in cross-functional teams Self motivated and can teamwork
