Finance Controller (Retail)

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking from reputable university

At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with 7 years in managerial level

Have experience in Retail industry, preferably from Shoes & Apparel Retail

Able to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Able to develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to drive profitability and cost efficiency.

Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standard

Supervise cash flow management, including accounts payable, receivable, and inventory control.

Collaborate with operational teams to analyze cost structures and drive efficiencies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong leadership skill

Location Willing to work in Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat.
