Financial Planning & Analysis Junior Manager

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver financial reports and management commentary summarizing business performance for senior management. Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets and revenue projections to support business planning and decision-making. Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators to evaluate business performance and trends. Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect financial data, validate assumptions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Produce regular financial dashboards, reports and presentations for the senior management. Ensure financial reporting and planning activities comply with internal policies, procedures and financial governance standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related major. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into business recommendations. Ability to build financial models and perform quantitative analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
