一、核心工作职责 I. Core Job Responsibilities 前期与合规 ：牵头项目选址、并网申请、环评 / 安评等审批；对接政府、电网、土地方，完成项目备案及许可证办理，确保合规落地。

Pre-development & Compliance : Lead project site selection, grid connection application, EIA/SIA and other approvals; liaison with government authorities, power grid companies and landowners to complete project registration and license acquisition, ensuring compliant implementation. 建设管控 ：制定进度、质量、成本计划；统筹 EPC 招标、施工管理、设备验收；主导现场安全与进度跟踪，解决施工突发问题，保障按期并网。

Construction Management : Develop schedule, quality and cost plans; coordinate EPC bidding, construction supervision and equipment acceptance; lead on-site safety and progress tracking, resolve construction emergencies, and ensure on-schedule grid connection. 并网与运营 ：对接电网完成并网调试、PPA 落地；搭建运营体系，制定运维计划，监控发电量等指标，推进运维数字化，统筹年检、保险等工作。

Grid Connection & Operation : Liaise with power grid companies for commissioning and PPA implementation; establish operation systems, develop O&M plans, monitor key indicators (e.g., power generation), promote digital O&M, and coordinate annual inspections and insurance matters. 风险与协同 ：识别政策、供应链等全流程风险并制定预案；牵头跨部门及内外部资源协调，管理项目团队，提升执行效率。

Risk Management & Collaboration : Identify full-lifecycle risks (policy, supply chain, etc.) and develop response plans; lead cross-departmental and internal-external resource coordination, manage project teams, and improve execution efficiency. 二、任职资格要求 II. Qualifications & Requirements 本科及以上学历，电气工程、新能源、项目管理、土木工程等相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Project Management, Civil Engineering or related fields preferred. 3-5 年光伏电站项目管理经验，具备投建运营全流程实战经验（主导过 1 个 100MW 以上项目完整周期）；熟悉核心设备、施工规范及运维标准，海外（印尼 / 东南亚）项目经验者优先。 3-5 years of PV power plant project management experience, with full-lifecycle (development-construction-operation) practical experience (led at least one complete cycle of 100MW+ project); proficient in core equipment, construction standards and O&M norms; overseas (Indonesia/Southeast Asia) project experience is a plus. 精通项目管理方法论（PMP 优先），具备进度 / 质量 / 成本 / 安全 “四控” 能力；熟悉 IEC、GB/T 等标准，沟通协调能力强，熟练使用 Project、P6、CAD 等工具；能适应出差 / 驻场，抗压性强。 Proficient in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred), with "four controls" capabilities (schedule, quality, cost, safety); familiar with IEC, GB/T standards; excellent communication and coordination skills; proficient in Project, Primavera P6, CAD and other tools; able to adapt to business travel/on-site work, with strong pressure resistance. 加分项：持有 PMP、一级建造师、注册安全工程师等资质；光储一体化项目经验；中/ 印尼语双语沟通能力。 Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Class-A Constructor (Electrical/Civil), Certified Safety Engineer or other relevant certifications; solar-storage integrated project experience; bilingual proficiency in chinese/Indonesian.
