Project Finance Controller

Job Responsibilities

Build cost and profitability models for project bids, evaluating margins and risks.

Break down supply chain product costs (transportation, warehousing, sorting, last‑mile) and propose optimizations.

Collect and report weekly P&L data (cost, revenue, gross margin) for reviews and decisions.

Recommend cost‑saving initiatives (supplier restructuring, service model improvements) and work with relevant teams to execute.

Create and improve templates and Excel‑based tools for cost analysis and visualization.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

35 years of finance/accounting experience (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or project‑based industry).

Strong in financial analysis, project accounting, and budget management.

Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Good analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong English communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Team player with cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Experience in AP, AR, journal entries, and general accounting.
