Do you thrive in building strong customer partnerships and driving market growth? Join us as a Sales Manager – Indonesia, where you’ll champion our flavour solutions, manage key accounts, and expand Matrix’s footprint in one of the most exciting food markets in Asia.

What You’ll Do As the Sales Manager – Indonesia, you will play a key role in supporting our Regional Sales Lead to grow our presence in this strategic market. Your responsibilities include:

Driving sales growth by managing key customers and developing new business opportunities.

Working closely with appointed distributors through joint visits, pipeline reviews, and effective execution of sales action plans.

Building strong customer relationships and providing commercial support for flavour projects.

Collaborating with our Flavourists, Applications, QA, and Regulatory teams to deliver samples, trials, and technical solutions that meet customer needs.

Monitoring market intelligence, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning.

Managing sales forecasts, project pipelines, and reporting with accuracy and discipline.

Supporting regulatory and documentation requirements for BPOM, Halal, and importation processes (via distributors or internal teams).

Ensuring smooth coordination of orders, deliveries, and credit matters with internal departments.

What We’re Looking For:

Has 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in flavours, food ingredients, or F&B manufacturing.

Understands flavour applications, product development cycles, or has strong exposure to technical-commercial discussions.

Demonstrates a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and convert leads or development pipelines into sales results.

Possesses strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Has experience managing or supporting distributors, regional accounts, or importers in Indonesia.

Is highly proactive, independent, and able to work remotely while staying aligned with regional objectives.

Is organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects, forecasts, and timelines.

Is willing to travel frequently for customer visits, market development, and distributor coordination.

Must be an

Indonesian citizen and willing to based in West Jakarta or Tangerang, Indonesia

to support local operations.
