Role: Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in a manufacturing and distribution environment. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. Implement process improvements and monitor key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

Experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in import/distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
