Finance Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT. Lino Putra Mandiri in Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's financial operations and reporting processes. Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other analytical tools to support decision-making Performing bank reconciliations and cash management activities Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed Collaborating with other departments to gather and analyse financial data Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and reporting requirements What we offer
