As a

Sr. Project Management Officer , you’ll be the operational heartbeat behind our key projects. You’ll drive clarity, structure, and momentum—ensuring things move from plan to action without friction. You’ll work across teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and help everyone stay aligned. In this role, you’ll transform complexity into order and turn “stuck” into “done.”

What You'll Do

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously—from initial planning to full execution.

Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and at expected quality.

Identify early signs of potential delays or issues, and recommend smart fixes.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to solve roadblocks and keep momentum.

Keep clear documentation—trackers, timelines, blockers, and status updates.

Provide regular, structured progress updates to key stakeholders.

Maintain alignment across teams by monitoring goals and milestones consistently.

Adjust priorities and workflows in response to changing needs, while proactively flagging resource constraints.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Clear and confident communication skills—written and verbal.

Detail-oriented and organized in tracking timelines, dependencies, and blockers.

Solid problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.

Strong stakeholder coordination and the ability to manage cross-functional feedback.

Proficiency in tools like Asana, Notion, Jira, or equivalent project management software.

Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, or startup environment is a plus.
