Finance & Tax Specialist

PT SITO FAST INTERNATIONAL is seeking a skilled Finance & Tax professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Tangerang, Banten. As an essential member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Your expertise will directly contribute to effective financial decision-making and the overall success of our organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports

Managing company cash flow, payments, and general bookkeeping processes

Handling corporate tax reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, Corporate Income Tax, and VAT

Ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and staying updated on the latest tax policies

Managing e-Billing, e-Faktur, and e-SPT systems

Conducting financial reconciliation and supporting internal and external audit processes

Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Tax, ideally within retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or service industries

Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and corporate financial processes

Proficient in preparing financial reports and performing reconciliation

Familiar with e-Billing, e-Faktur, and e-SPT systems

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a relevant field

Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible

Able to work with tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
