Job Description Design, implement, and maintain

LAN, WAN, and WLAN

infrastructure. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot

routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices . Install, configure, and maintain

Wireless Access Point systems ,

CCTV (IP & Analog) ,

Access Control systems

(card and biometric-based), and

PABX/telephony systems . Perform

network monitoring , performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting. Handle network and security incidents, including

root cause analysis

and preventive actions. Configure and maintain

firewall policies ,

VPN (IPSec & SSL) , and

network segmentation . Manage and monitor

EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)

platforms and

PAM (Privileged Access Management)

solutions. Support network deployment projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain

technical documentation , deployment reports, and network topology diagrams. Coordinate with

ISPs, vendors, and internal teams

during deployment and operational activities.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Strong knowledge of

networking fundamentals

(TCP/IP, OSI Model, VLAN, subnetting). Experience with routing and switching, including

Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP

(basic to intermediate). Hands-on experience with

firewall platforms

such as

FortiGate

and

Palo Alto . Hands-on experience with

wireless controllers , particularly

Ruckus (Unleashed / Virtual SmartZone) . Familiarity with

network monitoring and troubleshooting tools . Basic networking knowledge in

Linux and Windows Server

environments. Experience or exposure to

SD-WAN . Knowledge of

Email Security Gateway

solutions. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot

network and security-related issues . Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
