Presales / Telemarketing Specialist

Arrowster is an SF-based startup building the AI-native platform for studying abroad. We're backed by the founding team and board at OpenAI, Duolingo, and Meta. Our team is from Harvard, Stanford, Goldman Sachs, and more.

Our product is a vertical AI agent for international education/studying abroad. AI will centralize all the insights students need, provide 24/7 support on basic queries, and eliminate boring paperwork. Meanwhile expert counselors step in to provide support where it matters most.

About The Role We’re looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Presales / Telemarketing Specialist. You’ll be responsible for responding to leads, conducting initial consultations, qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring smooth handover to Arrowster Mentors.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable communicating with both students and parents in a consultative and empathetic manner.

Great Fit If You

2+ years in presales, telemarketing, education consultation, or similar client-facing roles.

Are confident speaking with students and parents in both

English and Bahasa Indonesia

Have strong administrative discipline and maintain extremely neat and structured lead databases

Have strong

emotional intelligence and can build trust quickly

Understand or are interested in study abroad pathways and education consulting

Familiarity with CRM tools

like Zoho or similar platforms is a big plus, especially if you’ve used them to maintain clean pipelines and structured lead follow-ups

Can join ASAP On-site

at GoWork BSD, South Tangerang, Indonesia: 5-day work week
