The Opportunity: In this role, you will be part of the Commercial Team to drive strategic business solutions that help the business grow to reach certain aspects of the milestones. You will be working along with diverse stakeholders to capture big insight and be the main point of contact to deliver strategic improvement across the company. What You Will Do: Conduct research and feasibility studies on the specified topic or area to collect necessary data and produce meaningful insights to improve revenue process and/or achievement. Leading revenue growth/achievement initiatives including but not limited to pricing/promo setting, incentive setting and implementation, Club target distribution, and other relevant activities. Leading commercial strategic projects initiatives and experiments across departments, working closely with the Product, Data, Marketing & Operations team Perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. What We Need: 1+ years of experience in a Business field, preferably in the consulting firms or growth revenue management in a well-known company. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields Knowledge of diverse business matters such as Technology, Finance & Data Science, Marketing etc. An analytical mind with advanced data collection and analysis skills, basic skill in SQL would be a plus. Ability to communicate and present complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing Experience working on a variety of projects to lead the project components, demonstrating initiative and independent thought
