Functional Consultant - Senior & Junior

Infolog is an industry‑leader in providing application for Logistics & Supply Chain Industries. Infolog provides suite of product called Infolog Logistics Suite which covers end‑to‑end Supply Chain needs. Beside Singapore, Infolog has branch offices across ASEAN to support local customer in different countries.

Due to expansion in business, Infolog is seeking right candidate to join our consultants team in Indonesia to provide consultancy and implementation services.

We are opening

junior functional consultant for Support team and senior consultant for Project Team.

Qualification

Degree in industrial engineering or accounting or business informatics/computer science, related field

Minimum 2-3 year experience in the related field (Implementation/Suporting ERP application)

Knowledge in ERP Finance or Supply Chain Module or Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Excellent understanding of industry best practices as related to Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales and Distribution

Experience in designing and testing integrations across multiple system

Individual that is optimistic, smart, self‑starter and willing to explore how application works.

Willing to travel local/Singapore/Malaysia for temporary project assignment.

Must possess strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and can‑do attitude.

Able to converse in English is a must

Responsibility for Support

Helping Support Head to manage functional support issue.

Monitoring Ticketing System

Support existing Infolog Customer (Warehouse, Transport, Haulage, Billing, Robot and Warehouse Automation), integration with other system

Gather and analyze business requirements (Change Request), working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.

Develop functional specifications, including system workflows, data models, and integration points.

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including Project Manager, developers, and business users, to drive CR/project success.

Conduct training and testing sessions for end‑users to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.

Preparing for the live phase and providing post‑go‑live hypercare.

Responsibility for Project
