Product Owner – Salesforce

Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner – Salesforce to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the development pipeline, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. This role requires strong technical experience, leadership in Salesforce projects, and familiarity with the health or life insurance industry.

Technical Requirements

Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer (minimum Platform Developer I)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform.

Proven experience as a lead or contributor in Salesforce implementation projects.

Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of integration processes, data management, and system configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the health or life insurance industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance operations.

Duration: 6 months (with potential extension based on performance and project needs)

Working Arrangement: Onsite

Start Date: immediately or 2 weeks notice period
