You will be the \"tip of the spear\" for company expansion into SEA. This is a classic 0-to-1 role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, aggressive sales execution, and operational discipline. You will act as the primary owner of the region, reporting directly to HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Cycle Lead Conversion Orchestrate the end-to-end sales process. Efficiently capture and convert leads from all channels (Website, LinkedIn, Ads) and offline events (Exhibitions, Trade Shows). Maintain rigorous SLAs (Service Level Agreements) on response times to ensure the highest conversion quality.

2. Hunter-Style Business Development Hunt, don't just farm. Conduct independent outbound prospecting to build your own pipeline. You will not rely solely on inbound marketing leads. Proactively map out the market to identify and acquire high-value enterprise clients.

3. Channel Partner Ecosystem Build the leverage. Manage the full lifecycle of channel partners in SEA: sourcing, signing, onboarding, and training. Drive partner performance through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint-selling initiatives.

4. CRM & Sales Operations Take ownership of our sales infrastructure. You will manage the setup and optimization of our CRM (FXIAOKE). Note: Proficiency in FXIAOKE is a plus, but experience with Salesforce/HubSpot is fully transferable. Ensure data hygiene and optimize workflows to bring transparency to the sales funnel.

5. GTM Strategy & Market Intelligence Be the \"eyes and ears\" on the ground. Provide critical feedback to HQ to refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Identify bottlenecks in the local market and propose scalable, localized solutions.

Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales. Experience in a regional role or opening new markets is highly preferred. Language: Fluent English is mandatory (capable of complex contract negotiations). Mandarin is a strong plus for HQ communication but not required if your sales results speak for themselves. High Autonomy: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity. You possess a strong sense of urgency (Pace) and self-motivation. We operate with high trust and zero micromanagement. Scrappy & Resourceful: You embrace the startup mindset. You find solutions with limited resources and are willing to work across boundaries to get the deal done. Digital Savvy: You live in the CRM. You are data-driven and make decisions based on metrics, not just intuition.
