We are seeking a

Corporate Legal Counsel

to manage the company’s legal matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide legal support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage various business agreements and ensure legal compliance before signing. Verify and review legal documents from counterparties to ensure completeness and validity. Maintain proper documentation and archiving of agreements, including numbering, stamping, and e-signature processes. Handle corporate legal administration including company deeds, shareholder resolutions (RUPS), and corporate records. Manage company licensing and permits through the OSS system (NIB-RBA, PKKPR, and other business permits). Support trademark registration and coordinate with external IP consultants when necessary. Prepare and submit regulatory reports such as Investment Activity Reports (LKPM). Conduct legal research, provide legal opinions, and monitor regulatory updates relevant to company operations. Perform legal due diligence prior to business partnerships or collaborations. Liaise with external parties including notaries, legal consultants, and law firms. Handle legal disputes and support litigation processes including mediation, negotiation, and coordination with authorities when required.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum). Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Legal or similar role. Experienced in contract drafting, legal documentation, and corporate legal matters. Familiar with company licensing, OSS system, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Experience in legal due diligence, legal opinion, and corporate governance is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail. Indonesian Advocate Bar (Lawyer Certificate) is preferred.
